Shipping Policy

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form.

The Client must therefore verify the completeness and conformity of the information he provides to Sia et Compagnie.

The products acquired by the Customer will be shipped within a minimum of 3 days from receipt of payment for the order by Sia et Compagnie and from the sending of the order confirmation email. This period does not constitute a strict deadline and Sia et Compagnie cannot be held liable with regard to the customer in the event of late delivery if the order has not been placed and paid for within a minimum of 3 days. recommended by Sia et Compagnie in the description of these products.

Sia et Compagnie cannot be held liable in the event of delay or suspension of delivery attributable to the Purchaser or in the event of force majeure.

Exchange and Refund Policy

All the products created by Sia et Compagnie are personalized and cannot under any circumstances be the subject of a refund or an order cancellation once they have been created or are in the process of being created.
